Written Agreement
After you've submitted your acceptance we will then contact you to gather a little more info about the ownership and property details.
Step 3
Due Diligence
After the agreement is signed and returned we will then start our due diligence to confirm the property meets our purchasing criteria. Then we either arrange for in-house closing or open escrow to start the title examination process.
We will need 2 to 5 days to complete our due diligence and confirm it meets our final purchasing criteria's.
Step 4
You Get Paid
Once title search is complete and clear title has been determined we will schedule a time for you to notarize and sign final documents.
You will receive full payment at this appointment.
If we are closing through escrow then you will receive paperwork directly from them. When these documents are returned to escrow you will get paid directly from escrow.
